How your monthly plan works

Monthly plans are paid upfront and renew from your subscription start date. Your allowance resets each billing cycle. Unused documents expire and do not roll over.

A document counts when its first draft is delivered. The included revision uses no extra allowance; UteDesk mistakes are corrected free. A new job or substantial added scope counts as another document. Extra and complex work is priced and agreed before preparation.

One-off documents are paid before preparation. Paid service begins only after you choose a plan or approve a one-off order.

Generally tax deductible for business use. For Australian customers, UteDesk fees may be claimed as a business expense. Keep your invoices and confirm eligibility with your accountant.
